I went to your Delafield store to get some info on bikes. I have never really liked to ride a bike as I always have been very uncomfortable on them. But McKenna helped me with finding some very nice used bikes and had me in to test drive them. She was extremely helpful and helped me try and fit a bike that is so much more comfortable than any bike I’ve ever gotten. Having the bike fitted to me is a game changer and I am thrilled with the prices and the help I received from McKenna.

Just really happy overall with the help I received, despite not receiving an email the bike I ordered online was built and ready, but I had checked and it was only missed by a day, so no big deal. I'm sure someone would have gotten to that shortly. I'll be back out soon regarding the pros and cons of chain waxing. Thanks for getting me started!

The store had everything I could have wanted and a wide variety of selections to choose from so I could get the right item.
