Service tech Forest Smith went above and beyond in troubleshooting and repairing my Giant road bike. After 4 derailleur hanger breaks and injuries incurred from such calamities, with his patience from this stressed out rider he meticulously evaluated, corrected, replaced needed components to get me once again confident I would be safe and back out on the road. He deserves such recognition for his stellar service and represents Wheel & Sprocket as a fine establishment in the biking world.

I had a bad flat on my new Trek Domane about a block from Wheel & Sprocket Delafield. I walked my bike to the store and they replaced my destroyed tire and had me back riding again in 20 minutes. Great service!

I was impressed by the service at the Delafield location. I had a flat tire and the technician was able to take care of immediately and perform a few quick adjustments to my e-bike. I was prepared to leave my bike so was very happy to have my issue taken care of while I waited.

I ordered a recumbent bicycle that will arrive tomorrow, Wednesday. I am most satisfied with the three members of the staff involved in my purchase. The man who will deliver the bicycle has been very kind and informative. Everyone was patient and provided me with all the information that I requested. If you ask McKenna Dwyer, she can name the other people involved, including Trent (no last name do I have.) I just cannot express in words the kindness and information I received from all the staff, from my first telephone call up to the delivery of the recumbent bicycle. Wow! Larry Steen. P.S. Trump should take a course with your firm!

I stopped in to Wheel & Sprocket in Delafield to have new cables installed on my Trek. Barrett was great. He explained what service he recommended and it's exactly what my bike needed! It shifts like brand new and I'm happy with the entire service process. Thank you!
