Walked into the bike shop service center at Wheel & Sprocket & received the best professional customer service from Forrest. His knowledge with fixing a faulty peddle was outstanding. He even tightened the disc brakes for my son’s bike. Forrest was Super professional & extremely knowledgeable with the explanation of a peddle! I recommend anyone who has a bike issue. Take it to Wheel & Sprocket & you will not be disappointed with the outcome!

We bought my wife Jennifer's Trek racing bike from your Delafield store. This past weekend here front derailer stoppd working on the trail north of Port Washington, Wisconsin. I manually shifted the bike back into the propere gear for her. We finished our ride and drove straight to your Delafield Store and brought the bike in to be inspected. Your guy at the front door assisted us as soon as we walked in. He presented the bike to one of your mechanics and that guy adjusted the front derailer while we watched him. We could not ask for better service............and we thank everyone at your store. I am sorry we don't have names to go with this note. Thank you for everything you do, Frank and Jennifer Ardellini

I was greeted at the foyer area by one of the sales techs and she asked how she could help out. She was knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and explained the differences in the available choices. I was impressed by her technical knowledge. It made my shopping experience enjoyable.
