I am so impressed with Wheel and Sprocket. I bought an E-Bike last year, because as a senior citizen it is so much enjoyable than my old manual bike. Since it was my first E-bike I came in a few times to check out some things and the staff was so, so wonderful and so patient with me being a new E-bike rider. I always feel comfortable with Wheel and Sprocket staff. What a great place to purchase a bike. Thank you Wheel and Sprocket, Evanston, IL !!!

everyone was so nice. They were slammed for tune ups, which was good news to me, showing that they were getting a ton of business. I worked with Andy to tune up my '98 Rockhopper. They did an AMAZING job Somehow my bike feels 3lbs lighter and just feels like a brand new bike. Can't wait to get back out on the road with my 2 wheeled baby, I'll definitely come back here.
