I appreciated working with individuals at the store. Chris and Sprite were very helpful throughout my shopping experience. In the past I have shopped at Wheel and Sprocket because there has been an unpleasant atmosphere with male employees who would mansplain bikes to me or would talk to my spouse when I, a female, was the one looking for a bike. Thank you for employing a variety of types of people with various backgrounds, gender identities, and more inclusive attitudes.
