My first time to Wheel and Sprocket in Evanston was on 10/5/2025, and i was treated so well, i was very happy with the service. The woman that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable when it came to discussing components and accessories for my Trek Dual Sport 2 Gen 5. I will definitely be going there again!

Although the cost for the repairs weren’t too affordable, the price doesn’t seem unreasonable or unjustified. Customer service is as good as it usually is with kind and considerate employees. Staff was helpful and understanding in my needs of having to pick up either bikes on different days. The services were also swift with being able to pick them up 2-3 days after having come in.

The courtesy, speed and accuracy with which my problem (a flat rear tire and a slight bend in the rear rim) was fixed. I also got a brand new rear tire in the process.

Your service was timely (great), AND the was surprisingly LESS $ THAN the quoted/expected price. That said, the chain now makes a noise/sound that wasn't there before. I'm wondering what the sound is caused by, and whether it's an indication of a problem. Hope not. Your response is appreciated. Thank you, Clarence Wilson (ticket # 7929.
