I have always received excellent product support. A lot of the new ‘gadgets’ for measuring performance are great AFTER you get them installed and connected properly. Wheel & Spocket staff know bikes and if you aren’t a jerk about asking for help, they stand behind the products they sell. They have always gotten me connected.

We ordered online and had our bikes shipped to the store. I liked that they were assembled and waiting for us. I really liked that Joel took the time to fit us, he ensure the seats and handlebars were at the right height. It was a really positive experience.
