Knowledgeable people, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere—that’s Wheel & Sprocket. A few years ago, I bought my carbon TREK hybrid here, and I’m still over the moon about it. The other day, I walked in to find my husband ordering a new road bike with Jessie in the café area, while several friends stopped by just to chat. It’s amazing to see how a bike shop can also be a community hub. Meanwhile, I couldn’t resist picking up some new accessories. Thank you, Wheel & Sprocket—you’re always a five-star experience!

Knowledgeable staff and mechanics- every employee from managers to part-time employees loves bikes and riding them. Super friendly staff always enjoyable to talk to. They can do it all, from e-bikes to recumbents to trikes, mtb, hybrids, cruisers, all the way to Tour de France level carbon fiber dream race bikes. All the parts, clothing, and accessories you’ll ever need and if not in stock or a specialty item they’ll order it for you. Thank you Wheel & Sprocket and staff ((I go to the Fox Point store)

Since moving to WI last year, this store has knocked our socks off with the value of the bicycles they sell, the selection in store, and their professionalism and service. Their wisdom and experience shows they don't just sell bikes; they ride them, and they have great advice to share when you walk in with a question or a problem. We will definitely be back, again and again!

I am a big fan of w&s. I try to shop local whenever I can. W&S does so much for the local bike community. I stopped at the store to pick up a new helmet. My xl size was not in stock but they were able to order it on a Friday and have it available for pick up on Monday! Great customer service!

Friendly staff and atmosphere. I came in for a repair and had good conversation with both mechanics that were working. Mechanics (Jerry and Liam) both communicated the extent of repairs needed, and took photos of the repair process, which they went over with me when I picked up the bike. Super happy with the level of service and professionalism! Thanks!
