Customer service is over-the-top excellent. Mike patiently helped us through a million questions as we purchased our new gravel bikes. We haven't gone bike shopping for 25 years, so a lot has changed. Mike and others even stayed well after closing to ensure that our 2 new bikes were ready for us, as we live over 1 hour from the shop. So knowledgeable and passionate about biking. Will 100% recommend these folks to everyone!

Everyone in the store is incredibly helpful. I went in looking for some information about he supplies I would need to change a flat tire (I didn’t have a flat tire, I just wanted to know how to fix it if I should get one) and the salesman, Paul, gave me a demonstration on the spot using a display bike.
