Helpful and honest. No pressure to buy, or upgrade. Gave advice when they had it, but would tell me they didn’t know if they didn’t have enough information or experience with the product. I’m not living in the area anymore, but I’m “close” enough that I still make the drive here because they’re my LBS.

They did an amazing job. The man that helped us pick out a bike for our daughter was so kind and patient. He spent a lot of time with us and never made us feel like an inconvenience.
