Long time customer of W&S Fox Point. Jesse and his crew are top notch. They don't sell, they listen... then they try to provide advice and guidance to help you find the bike / solution that's best for you. I recently referred a friend who had a problem with a wheel. They could have easily suggested to just a buy a new set of wheels. $$$ But they didn't do that. They assured my friend that his wheel was high quality and simply needed some repair. My friend was impressed with their response. I would recommend W&S Fox Point. AG

I got a good deal on an E bike that I purchased there, and when we just had this past flood, my bike was in it. I brought it to them and they got it going for me.

It's always a good experience shopping at this location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with many being familiar faces for many years. Store is clean, well stocked and organized. When I need service, it's done right, with no pushing upselling. I have a competitor with a location that's more convenient, but after trying them briefly, I go out of my way to W & S Fox Point.

Everyone I have dealt with is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Recently, on two separate occasions, I took my bike in with a question. Mechanics were quick to engage with me and answer my questions. The folks working there are cyclists. They know their stuff.
