Given no parts were required and almost no time was spent to do my repair I was not charged. Still got us in the store so we bought a kickstand just because we were there and wanted to give back

I'm a regular at W&S so my feedback may sound a bit staged and biased. Jesse and his team, Joel, Paul, Jerry, Mike, Liam just to name a few... are outstanding. Whether you're shopping for a new bike or bringing one in for service, or simply want an education about something new, i.e. electronic shifting, disc brakes, tubeless tires - they are all there to help you make an informed decision. They really care and they want you to have a good experience and outcome with your decision. As I said, I'm a regular... and I'll be back for more.

The entire staff was first class, Jesse made things happen with the exchange. Bay View sold me a bike too large for my body size. Phil’s knowledge on set made bike riding more comfortable. Had to have some new components exchanged on my FX 4 Jerry took charge of the parts . I am passing the word around about Phil and the proper way to purchase a new bike. Thanks
