My 14 y/o sons and I came in yesterday to get them helmets that they will actually wear. Molloy helped us and--within minutes--had both boys fitted with helmets, showing them how to adjust the chin straps and work the back part. He was funny and engaging, and helped drive home the message "wear your helmet every time you ride." Made my Mother's Day even better, and we are most grateful!

I came in looking for a bike that is the same as the one that I currently have. Joel talked me through how bikes have evolved and that the new and innovative technology has improved. He gently pointed me in the right direction of the bike that I would like has less gear ratio and easier to ride. I test rode a couple and found the bike that I am looking at riding this summer. Thank you Joel for your generosity in guiding me in purchasing the bike that will fit me.

Apparently, cycling shoes and sandals are mostly made to fit people with small feet. Only Wheel and Sprocket had a cycling shoe size that fit my feet. Having available for sale what is less commonly sold is very important. In this case, the sale your store made happened simply because you were willing to stock an item that sells less frequently.

The people take time to explain things. I don't feel pressured, and always walk out knowing mare than when i walked in. I am interested in maintainence seminars and workshops, ie tires, tune ups
