Came in to get a valve on my gravel bike inspected as it was leaking sealant. I was able to be assisted right away, and the problem was very clearly explained to me and the cost associated with repair was also clearly communicated. While waiting for the repair, I was able to test another bike, which had pedals quickly installed, and it was adjusted to fit my size. Overall, it was just a super positive experience.

Paul Very helpful in diagnosing a seat problem on an old bike. Established a remedy with a couple of options and we went from there to a new seat post and seat cover with a little bit of mechanical work to remove the old seat post. Paul is willing answer your questions and resolve problems with your bike. Excellent employee!!! While Paul was busy with the seat issue. Aaron answered our questions regarding new bikes and carriers. Engaging with a personal interest in helping you find the bike that would fit your needs. Excellent employee!!! We have had our older bikes serviced at W&S with the same outstanding service. Good employees are hard to find. Great ones are even harder. You're lucky, your batting a 1,000.

Service was excellent! I wasn’t sure what part I needed to order prior to a bike fitting with my physical therapist. The employee helping me offered to call the physical therapist himself, and then found the part I needed online & when I brought my bike in they didn’t charge for the labor. Above and beyond!

Very fast courteous service. I purchased new fat tires for my Rad e-bike. And your service people were great to work with. They ordered the tires and tubes I needed and the installation was fast so I was back riding in a couple of days. So far my ride has been great.
