After searching the web for the right bike rack for my car, i always ended up with more questions than answers. I needed to talk to a human being with some real life experience. Aaron was absolutely great. Zero pressure to just buy something - instead, he listened to what I thought I wanted/needed and steered me towards some great choices. The service involved - assembly of the rack and installation on my vehicle for incredibly reasonable price, and a quick demo on how to use the rack - were invaluable to me. I would recommend Wheel and Sprocket to anyone!

The service tech knew which bikes were mine as soon as I walked up to the counter. He has also been very helpful with advice in the past. Any good tech can repair a bike. It's this level of personal service that keeps me coming back.

Such a helpful and informative staff! I rode the wheels off my last mountain bike. Aaron listened to my riding style and introduced me to a brand of bikes that perfectly met my needs. First ride on my new bike was pure bliss. I’ll probably only ever ride Liv mountain bikes for the rest of my life. So grateful for the introduction!

I brought my recumbent trike in because I was getting a chirping sound from the front wheels as they rotate. The service advisor indicated that the front brakes needed adjusting. So I left the bike with them. They were able to get to it late Thursday (April 11th) afternoon. I picked it up on Friday, April 12th. However when I rode it back to my car it was still making the same noise, not as bad, but still making the same noise when the front wheels rotate. I really enjoy riding the bike and I am reluctant to bring it back because with the nice weather I would rather be riding it than have it sitting in the repair shop. I always bring my bike in for a tune up in December/January as I did in 2024/2025. I do this so that the bike is ready to ride when the weather gets nice and to avoid the rush of spring.
