I appreciate how the Franklin team, especially Patrick, is always helpful and accommodating. We have purchased our last two bikes there and use them for all our service needs- from the yearly tube up the the random flat tire.

The service team in Franklin is the best! I bought a Trek Checkpoint at the Bike Expo, rode it and discovered some issues. I called the Franklin shop, explained what was going on and they offered some suggestions over the phone and asked the I bring the bike in. When I brought the bike in the next day, the team jumped on it right away and sorted it out quickly, kindly and professionally. Even has some laughs with the guys as they went through the bike. Bike has been perfect since.
