Awesome experience at Wheel & Sprocket in Middelton! We had an agreement with our son was that if he learned to ride his bike without training wheels, that we would go 50/50 on a new, bigger bike for him. He learned in a day so off we went. We can't say enough about Joe at the Middleton location. He patiently fit up 3 different bikes for our son, Dane, talked to him about what he was doing to make sure everything was good to go for him to test ride in the back alleyway. This helped him find "thee" bike! He put his cash down and we covered the rest so he had an investment into the bike as well. It's been 2 days and he's been outside riding all day, every day with his new bike. We are very pleased.

I already knew the quality of Trek products, but the personal advice and help was very much appreciated and part of my decision to purchase a new Trek bike from Wheel and Sprocket. Alex and Matt also spent a lot of time adjusting and installing items to the bike, so that I would be comfortable with my purchase. And when the bike was deemed unsafe to go on my current bike rack, David delivered the new bike to my house! I will probably replace the rack with a new one from this store as a result when I am ready to make the purchase.
