I am always met with friendly and skilled service at the Middleton store. Particular things I remember: - I went in to purchase some small parts - a minor purchase, from which the store wouldn't profit much. I inquired about also buying some cable end crimps, and the guy went to the back and came out with a little drawer full of them and told me to just pick out whatever I needed, free of charge. Great gesture, and they even had the bright blue color that matched other parts of my bike. - The mechanics were willing on more than one occasion to do quick, one-off tasks to help me with a bike build, often free of charge. - When I picked up my bike from service (having another shop's mistake corrected) the guy who did the work chatted with me about different build tips and experience with various components. Overall, I would recommend W&S to anyone looking for a trustworthy and friendly LBS.
