This is my second time after a crash. Each time, the staff was extremely helpful and in checking out what needed to be completed, giving an estimate, and, upon picking it up, explaining the repairs.

I brought in a very old bike (Trek 400, circa 1990) for upgrades, and Mark did a fantastic job of determining the work/parts to make it easier for me to climb the hills. I just took my "new" old bike for a ride, and it was super sweet--it shifts like a dream and I'm so pleased with the work that Mark did. It was everything I was hoping for!

I believe the gentleman who helped me recently in the service center getting my flat tire fixed was Michael (apologies if that's not the right name!). But he was SO helpful. He got to me right away, was quick, efficient, and even gave me tips on how to keep the tires in better shape moving forward. I was very impressed and will keep coming back to Wheel and Sprocket because of service like his.

Staff at W&S is always willing to help out and offer great advice. The other day I stopped by with a noisy rear derailleur. Your guy helped me out so I could ride home, found the parts needed to address the problem, and scheduled me for an appointment just three days away. I'm very happy to use W&S for all biking needs for me and my family.
