I came in with a flat tire early on a Sunday morning and was able to get it repaired, plus get a couple of other adjustments and items to purchase for my new bike, and get on the road for my bike ride only a little latter than planned. Always get excellent service at W&S on University. They rebuilt my classic Schwinn World Tour for me a couple of years ago and they've helped me with odds and ends since. I'll be back again in the future.

Their mechanics are competent, polite, and thoughtful. In the course of tuning up my bike, they also fixed my rear view mirror. Although the mirror hadn't been installed right, I had neglected to mention it.

The services are quick and the technicians are very thorough and make sure to tell you exactly what your bike needs. Super friendly and kind. My son (teenager) has gone in on his own and was treated so nicely and gave him great advice. Appreciate you guys!
