The service i received by both the general manager and the sales manager was top-tier. Not only did I purchase a bike due to their service, but they helped me through tons of other questions I had, to include insurance, locks, their experiences with stolen bikes (unfortunately was purchasing my second bike after having my first stolen). I will be coming back here for service - I live several hundred miles away but will be bringing my bike to visit family solely so all of my tune-ups and general service can be performed by kind and trustworthy people. Thank you to Wheel and Sprocket Middleton for turning my heartbreak over a stolen bike into excitement over my new Trek!

David was awesome! I’m glad I came into the Middleton location. My son bike was all beat up by some bullies and need his bike fixed. Now it’s working just great. I will sure to recommend people to come and get there bike fixed
