Over the years, Wheel & Sprocket, Middleton, has consistently supported my bicycling habit. The staff are attentive to all my inquiries, and have responded with useful advice and tip-top service. W&S, Middleton, provides its customers with a wide range of resources that one would expect from the chain store that it is, yet it also provides good old neighborhood service. W&S warrants repeated visits by any bicyclists in the vicinity.
I got the free bike wash yesterday on my 520 Trek and it is so clean! They got in all the crevices and it looks great. They did a multi-point inspection and let me know what needs attention. The staff were super nice.
I happened to ride my e-bike by and noticed the tents in the parking lot, so I inquired about it. I took advantage of the bike washing outreach. I did go inside for a few minutes. I lived in Middleton when it was Middleton Cycles. I was impressed how large it's become since the expansion, and the Schwinn Apple Crate classic bike was neat. I suggested to a few that they try and track down the hard- covered book about the History of Trek that was given out to all the Trek dealers to celebrate what was then .....I think a 40th anniversary.
The people at Wheel & Sprocket are what make them great. All the way down from the service manager, people at front desk, all the way to the technicians. I've worked with all of them, and they are a great group of people.
