Service is amazing. Every time I’ve had a problem with my bike and brought it in without an appointment, the service guys are incredibly nice and always find a way to get it fixed right away. I always offer to come back a few days later and they somehow squeeze it in. And everyone is really helpful with any questions I have. Same goes for the sales team when I bought my bike. It’s hard to find good service nowadays in any industry, so keep up whatever you all are doing!
