Wheel and Sprocket in Oak Park has always given top notch service and advice. James, John, and Rachel are just a few of the excellent employees that I look forward to seeing when I bring in my bikes. James just recently took the time even when the store was getting busy to adjust my seat when I made an off-hand comment about how my butt was hurting while riding recently. His adjustments helped ease pain that I was experiencing. This is a great store with experienced, kind and helpful staff.
