I appreciate that my mechanic (John) did the work correctly the first time. When he realized that he needed an additional part, he reached out to let me know that there would be a delay and that I could pick up my bike to ride in the meantime. Work was done on time.

Friendly, fast and judgement-free service. Been to a few bikes shops where staff is so condescending if you're new to bikes. These guys are helpful and informative without making you feel terrible. Loved the atmosphere, professionalism and quality work. Thanks!

I had a great experience as a first-timer in the shop. Keith was welcoming and very helpful in getting me set up with the bike I purchased online. He recapped the details of it, made sure the seat height was right, and told me of community rides around the city to get tapped into. Although I live in the city, I'll definitely be back to the shop. Thank you Keith!

I'm writing this because of the great employee that helped me. He was a young African American kid, maybe 20 years old. I'm sorry I didn't get his name. He was working in the back. I think he was a mechanic. He came up to me, and asked to help. He was very knowledgable, poilte,and very helpful. He Found the tube I needed, based on the tire I handed him. He was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He suggested I come back for the used bike sale coming up soon, I will, based on his recommendation. .
