I was immediately helped and educated about what I needed for my bike! Now I bike very often with a nice, new water bottle holder. I didn’t even have to ask for help! The lovely guy who helped me was psychic!

I've always had a good experience at W and S--helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff--but was a little disappointed with some minor work I had had done recently. The (very) small job was IMO, not thorough nor complete. Rather than give details here, I'll stop in and chat. I've worked on bikes all my life, including a total rebuild of my 1st road bike (which was stolen a month later!). While no expert, my experience probably makes me a bit more picky than average. Thanks.

The service was outstanding, from being greeted as I walked in to the tech who serviced my bike. The person at the entry explained that I could park my car in front of the store to unload my bike and that the tech could repair my flat tire immediately. The tech's name I beleive was Steve, he was super knowledgeable and explained how he was going to repair the tire. He also adjusted my accesory bag (I had the straps over the brake cable). Just an outstanding guy, created conversation while he was repairing the tire and just a pleaseant, warm person. I will definitley reccomend the shop to everyone I know!

I have been searching for a new pedal for my road bike. After shopping at a different store with no success I went to Wheel and Sprocket in Oak Park where I was helped to find just what I was looking for. After a few minutes the pedal was installed and I was ready to go. I will now make Wheel and Sprocket for first stop when looking for bike merchandise.
