Items arrived quickly and in good condition. Only issue was that email confirmation didn't include a confirmation number or the phone number the order was placed under so it took a while to look up while picking it up. But other than that it was fast and easy.

John does an amazing job servicing the bikes and Wheel and Sprocket has a fantastic selection of cargo bikes available for families and commuters alike. It’s not like a lot of bike shops where there is an intimidating bike bro who only wants to direct you to a carbon fiber racing bike.

These guys have been a lifeline for me as I dealt with a tire with an invisible/embedded piece of glass which caused 3 flat tires in 2 days. Was beyond frustrating, but the guys helped me manage through it. Much appreciated!

I am grateful that I was provided such excellent service by Rachel when it came time to change my bike model from a road bike to a hybrid due to lumbar disc issues. Rachel’s expertise was evident and her recommendations were intuitive. I am so excited about my new bike, it’s quality, and fit. This was my first experience at Wheel and Sprocket, and I highly recommend this bike shop.
