There was a problem with my original order. The team took care of the issue and arranged for prompt delivery of my bicycle. The service and professionalism of the staff that I dealt with turned a negative into a very positive experience.

Awesome service. Bill knew his stuff and really helped me out picking a new bike since it’s been about 20 years since I’ve even been on a bike. The other guy (forgot his name, sorry) was really helpful too even though he wasn’t working with me. You can tell these guys are passionate about what they do. I’ll be coming back if I needed any new parts or work on my bike for sure!

While it has been many years since I was last a resident of Wisconsin, the experience and knowledgeable staff make us visit the store each time we are in the area. Most recently, the Wheel & Sprocket staff helped us order a new bike and have it shipped to Kansas. We can't thank you enough for your help in selecting and fitting a bike, as well as purchasing other products for our existing bicycles at home. Your selection and assistance is outstanding.
