I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to buy a new bike. I bought my bike on line. The website was very easy to use with plenty of information about the bike I was buying. I chose to pick up in store. I was called to say when my bike was ready to collect. On collection, the staff were great and went through all the information I needed to know about my bike. They offer a free 6 week service just to make sure the bike is OK and everything is working as it should be. Very helpful and friendly staff. They could tell how excited I was to pick up my new bike.

Great price on the bike I wanted. Very helpful staff who arranged for an alternative size to be transported from another store so I could try two sizes out. Steph in particulr was very helpful and had endless patience while I tried both sizes repeatidly.until I finally made a decision. Thanks to all!
