I used the workshop service and after booking in my repair, it was completed very quickly on the day as promised. You did exactly what you said you would in the timeframe agreed so that simple service is a good customer experience for me.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. Found the perfect bike for my son at a brilliant price! Wheelbase have offered to look over the bike in a couple of weeks, to check every thing is in order. Would definitely recommend!

Really good shop, excellent advice. Unfortunately on this occasion let down by Cube, not Wheelbase! (Production delays at Cube). No loss of confidence in Wheelbase however.
