Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales team from initial telephone call to fitting and purchase. Would 100% recommend and will be back as a repeat customer. A pleasure to deal with the whole team in the Darlington store, the bike was a 13th birthday present for my son they made him feel special and helped him with additional items fitting all to the bike plus made custom changes to ensure it fit his size perfectly.
