I had a problem with a stuck compression bung on a bike I bought from another retailer. The team got it looked at quickly, new part ordered and fixed in a short amount of time. Graeme was great over the phone and a pleasure to meet in the store; the workshop team did a great job.

After weeks of trying to get the right parts for my rear Bontrager wheel I gave up and dropped it off at Wheelbase Darlington. They managed to source the correct parts, assemble them and have the wheel ready to go. Great service and speedy too.

All the guys are really great & really helpful these two just set the standard! Sell really nice products but to sustain the business needs to next level its digital offering!
