Website is very easy to use. Able to filter properly, by travel, brand etc, not just price. Lads very helpful over the phone and in store. Arranged for a bike to be transferred from their warehouse to my local store so I can test fit, at no extra charge. Really appreciate this, and it was the deciding factor in choosing wheelbase to buy a bike. I’m more than happy with the service and range of products. Only tiny niggle would be more than one brand of pedals, grips etc for in store impulse buys! Cfriendly

Staff were friendly and professional. Helped me find some obscure bearings for a Cube Stereo One55 and ordered them ASAP. They arrived quickly and they were happy to ship them to me so I didn’t have to travel to the shop to collect. A decent shop staffed by decent people.
