The service team were friendly and supportive from the off. They listened to what we required and met our service needs full, efficiently and at really good cost (which was a lovely surprise!). We met the mechanic personally and he was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about bikes, which is what you want in a mechanic. Communication was good throughout.

The staff at wheelbase couldn't be more helpful. I wasn't sure what type of bike I wanted but after a good chat and a few test rides I found the perfect bike. No pressure and lots of help I couldn't be happier with wheelbase Ilkley.

Friendly staff and a quick response to my original email enquiry. When I visited they had bike ready for me to see and were knowledgeable and supportive. Good advice on test ride route and once I decided to purchase they set the bike as I wanted (tubeless) and made the purchase easy. Great shop and brill staff.
