Everyone in shop were an absolute pleasure to deal with.very knowledgeable and I believe they went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new bike and even helped me set up the registration and app so it was ready to go! Would recommend them highly!!

Great products at great prices! Bernie and Ben (workshop manager) at the Ilkley store gave me great advice on helping me choose my next bike. I was allowed to test ride the bike I was most interested in, and the bike was available in my size to take away the same day. It's the first time that I've ever dealt with Wheelbase and I'm impressed. They have a great range of products from all the major brands and the staff are very knowledgeable.

Great range of bikes and superb shop floor staff providing in depth knowledge and advice. Also superb that when out on a ride and my wife’s bike had a brake problem they could sort it there and then. Recent bike purchase experience brilliant.

Spoke to Dominic over the phone re purchase of an e-bike. I thought it best to visit the shop as I was parting with a serious sum of money! Dominic again was able to show me the bike we had been discussing over the phone - his knowledge of the issues relating to e-bikes and his willingness to explain and answer any questions left me with no doubt that this was the place to buy my bike from. Thanks Dominic. The service you provided was first class! Much appreciated.

Very helpful over the phone and the service engineer has a wide knowledge of bicycle brands and how to set them up. I will definitely be returning with servicing /repairs to our MTB’s.

When I visited the Ilkley store to pick up my Brompton Electric G Line, I was greeted with friendly staff making the pickup experience feel excellent. Overall, the process was smooth which I am extremely pleased about. However, a problem occurred when they have notified me that they could not find the charger that was included with the bike but they said that they are going to post it to my address so hopefully that goes through (I will contact them for updates if there are any). Regardless of that, overall still a good experience and I would visit them again in the future.

Always happy to help with my (still!) beginner questions. Bernie and team in the Ilkley store are approachable and won't leave you in the lurch. The wider Wheelbase customer service is excellent too, helping to source my bike from the Lakes store a few years back and ship it to Yorkshire.
