Purchased my Supersix Evo from Wheelbase Ilkley last year. The post sales service is fantastic whenever I’ve need new parts etc. All the guys are very knowledgable. Had my bike in for a yearly service and change of stem hight this week. Really fast turn around even though it’s a busy time of year for them - thanks Ben!

I contacted Wheelbase about a new Cube eMTB that had just come in stock, the bike was still boxed and not on show. I knew they were busy in their service department, but within one day they built the bike for me to look at. I arrived to look at the bike at 9am, everyone was very helpful and informative, the deal was done. A very big thank you to everyone for a fast turnaround, and for your customer service on the day.

I had a fantastic experience! My bike was fixed much quicker than expected, and the Wheelbase team in Ilkley was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I enquired.
