The bike I have got from using the Cycle scheme is brilliant. Great quality and really happy with it as a whole. The service was immaculate and so fluid. Wheelbase Kendal were easy to contact by email and phone and always gave good support. The day I got my voucher I contacted Wheelbase and spoke to Dave who was a huge help and managed to help me get my paperwork sorted and pick the bike up the same day! I could not be happier with the service and think that Dave deserves a pay rise ;)

The most outstanding aspect of Wheelbase in Kendal is the customer service. Yes, there's a good range of bikes, yes, there's loads of accessories and clothing etc. but it's the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff that sets this bike shop apart. This is the third bike I've bought from Wheelbase and it won't be the last. Thank you!

Good range of brands from entry to high end. Good range of clothing for females as well as males. Easy to find what you are looking for or to seek advice from friendly staff. Service centre very accommodating.
