Ordered bike online. Delivery date was chosen by us and it was delivered on time. My son just did the minimum to put it together . He is an experienced cyclist, so treated his son to a quality bike. They are both extremely pleased with the purchase!

Arranged a bike demo and they were happy to spend as long as needed talking options and looking at/discussing alternatives. Plenty of bikes in the showroom too, nothing like actually having them in front of you, way better than online shopping. Hadn't planned on coming away with a new bike but I spotted a version of the Merida at the top of my shortlist and, well you can guess the rest. They did a PDI while we went to Wilfs for lunch. Subsequently put a deposit on some carbon wheels as well. Summing up.Great customer service, really friendly outlook and plenty of choice. As a bonus found we'd ridden up Brigsteer Brow, another climb ticked in 100 cycle climbs North West! Mike Pringle

Good website, well stocked shop, impressed by staff who were knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing to much trouble for Karl on initial call and then purchase and then James who helped set up and advice on usage etc when I arrived to collect. Been cycling lots of years but not absolutely clued up on modern technology but both guys knew their stuff and happy to share, many thanks.

Great range of bikes and discounts to be had. Discounts included in cycle to work scheme which a lot of retailers don’t do. Bike was well packaged and the wheelbase setup guide was helpful

Good range of in stock bikes to choose from. Service is straight forward, & reasonably fast. My bike was delivered as said. The bike was well wrapped up & protected for transit. The outer box was slightly damaged though, several tares in the side of the box but no damage to the bike itself. The delivery could be better; I was only given a a time of 8am - 6pm delivery time, & needed to take a days a/l to make sure I was around for the delivery. Is there anyway of narrowing down the delivery time to say a 2 hr slot, like other services do. On the whole though, I an very satisfied with Wheelbase.
