I have used the workshop at Wheelbase Lake District on two occasions now and on each occasion they have provided excellent service with regular updates and efficient and first class repairs. Used the workshop previously and always found friendly helpful staff. Yes there is a few weeks wait for a booking slot but that is a good sign. My only slight complaint would be a full disclosure of price per hour of the work to be carried out, with a estimated time it would take for the job I requested.

I am a long term customer of Wheelbase for serving and repairs - for my 3rd Specialized Rockhopper Sport now . . . and they are superb in very facet of their service department. Friendly, efficient and professional - good value for both routine servicing and repairs. Extra impressed and grateful to Matt replacing gear cable/re-tuning gears so I could keep riding until my next service. Many thanks John
