Brilliant support from Luke when looking to buy a new mountain bike for my 12yo daughter. Took the time to review all the options, sizing, plenty of time to try things out and very knowledgable discussion. Fantastic service all in all, very grateful.

Everything carried out as promised, bike really well packed. Some assembly required not a problem. The only slight criticism would be the delivery service DX, estimated delivery was between 08:00 and 18:00 that’s a bit of a wide estimate could be hanging about all day
