The service from the people at Wheelbase is second to none. Incredibly helpful, and very patient when there was a problem with my Cyclescheme voucher. The bike came perfectly packaged and ready to ride with a few basic set ups. The price of this bike was a lot less than other retailers. I would definitely use Wheelbase again and would recommend them to all my mates.

Just had the Focus jam2 in for the RED service .Shock and Forks , headset and all pivot bearings. Feels like a new bike. Good turn a around time aswell.

Fantastic customer service in store, I was struggling with deciding on sizing for a bike, Luke spent a lot of time talking through the bike and allowed me to ride a demo bike around the store, which really helped narrow down the bike. Spent time talking through the cycle to work scheme, and allowed me to reserve a bike whilst I sorted out my voucher. Unfortunately I had difficulties with my work placement and the scheme application which meant I could not continue with the purchase, again Luke was great in handling the situation and very understanding, I just want to say thank you for your support and patience, and that I will be back as soon as I get my cycle to work scheme voucher sorted.
