This was the easiest I've ever ordered a bike. Most of the order done in the first phone call and completed on a short follow up. Pretty good turnaround time for delivery, however I'm still waiting for a receipt.

Luke was professional and knowledgeable. He helped us narrow down our choice based our age and capability. He spent a lot of time with us even after we made it clear on our first visit that we would not be buying immediately. Errors in ordering (wrong carriers fitted) were properly sorted out by the shop manager We visited seven different shops in and arround Cumbria to buy two ebikes. This was the only one where we felt that the staff genuinely wanted to help beyond making a sale and would be genuinely interested in post sales support; this is only based on our perception, of course - but that was why we chose Wheelbase

I competed in the Fred Whitton and when I went into the registration area, I saw my new bile on the Wheelbase stand. The very next day I went in and bought it from the very friendly and knowledgable Stavely shop. I have ridden the bike for 15 miles and it is absolutely perfect for me, nice and fast, I can't wait to do a longer run. Thank you Wheelbase team.
