Jacob was great to work with. I brought in my townie Electra 9path cross over. It was getting too hard to get on and off the bike. He worked a trade in for my bike and I got a new trek verve2 step thru. I test rode it and liked it and your shop quickly added a kickstand, back rack, water bottle holder, rear view mirror and bell. I was out the door and back home riding my new bike in no time. Now I can ride with my 6 year old grand daughter who likes to stop often.

I came in for a tire repair and while talking to Alex in service he mentioned I could replace existing tires with a fatter tire and reduced pressure for a softer ride as I’m starting my 7th decade. My bike feels like a New ride, Thanks Alex . Mike Nanry

Thanks! I called in a mini crisis after my OTTOLOCK combination cinch lock was "stuck" and the associate who answered the phone was great with problem-solving. He was very patient and kind and offered helpful tips. I ended up walking to Ace from where the bike was locked up and bought the bigger and better bolt cutters. It was still challenging because the strip of kevlar was so think, but with trial and error – and also with advice from Ace on how to cut it, I managed. I know I won't purchase another combination bike lock!

I was very impressed with the organization and care with which my bike was attended to. At check out, the young man who was handing the bike over didn't like the sound of one of the new tires and found that a screw nut in the fender was rubbing against the tire. He took the time to raise the fender and make sure that whooshing noise of friction was no more. That was the extra mile of attention that makes a difference. That's a 10/10.
