Talked to the service/repair people who gave me honest and practical answers. I plan to bring in bicycles for repairs soon. Also bought bike accessories, which was reasonably priced and the young clerk was pleasant and efficient

Alex, the repairman I worked with, made a 10 minute fix to my front brakes while I waited, which I didn't anticipate, allowing me to leave with my bike. I also signed up to bring the bike back for an overhaul a few weeks later, but when I asked how much I owed for the brake fix he didn't charge me anything. Super nice guy and great customer service!

We had an amazing experience at Wheels in Motion on Washtenaw. The entire staff was very helpful and kind, but I would like to put in a special thanks and acknowledgment for the sales manager on duty, Royale. They went above and beyond in helping me select a bike that was right for me and I am eagerly awaiting to receive. Royale provided the best customer service I have received at anywhere else I can think of lately! Thank you!

Your staff is incredible. I'm riding wish a mile for make a wish foundation and needed my bike fitted. Travis fit me in despite super busy day. Your other staff seemed truly committed to providing amazing customer service. They helped me pick out what I needed to outfit my bike and everyone I talked to was knowledgable and helpful.
