My wife was unhappy with how hard it was to shift her old bicycle that she rides around the neighborhood to get some exercise. We ordered a new set of shifters, made an appointment for the following week, brought the bike back in and had the repairs completed in a few hours. The bike now shifts with a lot less effort and my wife couldn't be happier. Thanks!
