Taylor is professional and never pushes any of the products. He goes out of his way to make sure that he gets anything you want and shows you many other alternatives so you can make a great choice.. He always makes sure that you know how to use the equipment properly. I am clipping in for the first time after many years and he is setting aside time so I can practice under his guidance.
