Have to say it was a pleasure to deal with all your staff. Initially in your Finglas branch to talk me through the selection of bikes and then in the Fonthill store as the bike I decided upon was in that store. Very efficient and friendly staff, no fuss just done. Bought a bike for Christmas with no hassle or issues through the bike to work scheme. All staff are very friendly and great help. I even got my bike lifted into the boot for me

Really happy with the attention to detail and the willingness to help. The service guys listen and understand and are interested in trying to fix and sort your issues. With some shops it can feel like the service is a bit of a racket. Chad in sales is excellent and brilliant to deal with.

The guys that helped me & my son out in Lucan on Saturday evening were beyond kind nice & patient! The manager , the Australian dude (I think he that he was) & a younger guy. The three of them helped us out beyond anything that they had to do & 100% made mine & my sons life perfect for over Xmas. Their knowledge & helpfulness & patience was beyond anything that they had to do. I myself work with the public & I feel that people in retail NEVER EVER get the recognition they deserve when they go above & beyond to help people out.
