My own opinion regarding the products and services is that: 1)You'll never be sold a dud 2) The bike inventory on the floor is impressive 3) Staff are very knowledgeable, more or less subject matter experts 4) There's a focus on options and what will work best for your needs, rather than attempting to flog items or move stock in line with a person's initial want. 5) The maintenance option is a real quality service that seals the deal Overall, a quality customer service. Something that is rare in Ireland. Top marks!.. And well deserved
