Fantastic service, I had messaged other places selling bikes, some responded , some didn't ,I had been looking for the trek domane sl5 gen 4 for ages as my first road bike and Daniels customer service from the start was fantastic. He was so so helpful and that really made the decision for me and set wheelworx apart from the rest . I couldnt recommend higher, was well worth the trip up from Kerry šŸ˜ƒ

Everyone in the shop was amazing, from helping us find the right bike to walk us through the bike to work scheme process. They also went above and beyond to find records from when we bought other bikes years ago, were able to provide the serial number for my daughter's bike, which was recently stolen, and honoured the free service offer for two other bikes, despite of us not keeping the purchase receipt. I am impressed with the service, thanks a million!

After bad experience in our local shop (waiting 5 weeks to be told that bike is out of stock) I WhatsApp Wheelworx to check their stock and bike for my son was available in store, thanks to Daniel (Fonthill shop) after 2 days bike was ready for collection. Great costumer service, my son loves his bike. Thanks again!

Service was fast. Bike was in the shop less than 24 hours and had my issue plus others I didnt know about fixed in no time. Got a call at 9am stating what was wrong other than the flat tire and by 2pm it was ready for pickup. Staff at the workshop and register were friendly as always. Wish I had more reasons to go there
