Wheelworx have a huge range of products and services. The staff are so helpful and friendly. When I went to collect my sons bike, there was a gentleman from Australia, I think that helped us hugely with locks etc. I will definitely shop here again even though there is a bikeworx store in our town. I was dealing with a staff member by the name of Daniel, who honestly could not be more helpful. He was understanding and helpful with all my questions and requests, and at no stage made me to feel like it was an issue. He was quick in returning emails and calls, and ensuring the information and requests I made were met at all time. Highly recommend Wheelworx!
