Body Pump is a great class and a fun way to build muscle and there is a sense of community with a group of us who go every week.

We are not a sports family but wanted our son to play to learn good sportsmanship, being a team player and responsibility. That was achieved with our participation in t-ball. We had a great group of parents and kids, which made the experience enjoyable. I liked the time of our games (10:30 am) and the location (FBA). We are planning on playing again in the fall.

Everyone who works at the White Rock YMCA is very kind and thoughtful. The people at the front desk always offer a warm greeting when I check in and pleasantries for the day when I leave. The wellness staff and the personal trainers are cordial and willing to help out if I have a question about the proper way to use a machine or form when lifting. The other members are respectful and helpful. I've recently had my arm in a sling and have had to ask for help adjusting weight machines, and everyone has been super helpful with that. The atmosphere there always makes my day. It's my Happy Place!

The Y has provided me with a way to keep fit and active. I have also met people and made friendships. Anytime I have interaction with any of the Y staff, it was pleasant. I have recommended many of my friends to join the Y.
