Always a great experience, but they never check for your rewards at checkout, even though they look you up for being a friend of C&D. I always have to bring up that I have rewards.
I recently moved from MN and they always checked and let you know what rewards you had.
We mentioned to the salesclerk that we could not find a certain cat toy and he knew what we were talking about right away, and also knew your store did not carry it.
He tried to find a substitute for the toy we were looking for, but we were not interested in any other toy.
When we went to check out he looked up our account and informed us of a monetary discount in the account. So we used it. LOL.

I was greeted when I entered. I found the cat food I was looking for and was shown exactly where the complimentary offer canned food was. Friendly check out.
Much better experience than I've previously had there when I felt like an intrusion on the employee's time. Seems like the team is working on being friendlier and I appreciate that.
