I was greeted when I entered. I found the cat food I was looking for and was shown exactly where the complimentary offer canned food was. Friendly check out. Much better experience than I've previously had there when I felt like an intrusion on the employee's time. Seems like the team is working on being friendlier and I appreciate that.
