The Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 classes are perfect for me. The instructors are willing to modify poses and help you when you are uncertain about how to do them. These classes do not have quick transitions between poses which is good for me. I feel supported in my efforts.
A super charming and intimate space that is well equipped with props and some very wonderful teachers. I’m always made to feel welcome, comfortable and free to practice at my own pace - very important to me. The yin/nidra class is INCREDIBLE.
Very grateful for this studio and the community it has created.
I started going to Wicked Good a number of years ago -- my first time ever doing yoga -- with the aim of slowing down the deterioration of my aging body. The teachers have been way more experienced and well trained than one would expect in a small-town studio. Plus the place is suffused with a friendly and supportive atmosphere, and is exceptionally well managed.
Sharon is fantastic. She works incredibly hard; walking around and making sure we have the poses right. She also works with us when our elderly bodies can't do stuff and helps us with props etc. She's incredibly knowledgeable as well. I leave everyone feeling like a toddler doing somersaults
