We’ve been using Wil-Kil for 30 years and we’ve never, ever had a bad experience yet. That says a lot! They always do exactly what we ask them to do. We are always extremely pleased with them.
I liked your service. You did a great job. But when adding my fourth location you went up 40%. No one even called to counter the offer when I inquired about the hike in price. Really too bad as we had a lot of laps in service during covid and I hung in there with you. Sad to see this is how you treat a customer of over 20 years. Kim Jensen
Our technician is very responsive and will come back anytime to take care of things that didn't seem to work the first round. She is friendly and efficient and works with our schedule.
While my technician seems to change often there has only been one really bad one. My current technician, Mason, is excellent and I can only hope to get a few years or more before he too moves on.
