Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in-person was consistently patient, informative, and professional. Amid my anxieties and uncertainties, the technicians, schedulers, and customer service agents were uniformly informed and direct and thus ultimately reassuring in a way that seemed grounded in years and years of professional experience. You even talked me down from a service I didn't need! Grateful for your help and solutions at a truly awful & draining time.
Easy to schedule, prices were better than others, and they came out to do multiple inspections for us to ensure clearance of the infestation. We really appreciate the thoroughness.

It was all professional and timely. The intake was done by Kathy Weisensel, who was responsive and helpful. I was contacted by Lyndsay Allard, canine inspector, within a day and had the canine inspection the following day. Overall, a very good experience.
So far my treatment is working. The first technician I had did a visually excellent job. Sofa cushions and throw pillows were turned zipper side up, so the sprayed area would dry, and I could see along the baseboards where the spraying was done. The second guy used different chemicals, for the most part (but one additional one appears on the report to be a repeat of one on the first visit. I do understand the need to use different chemicals to make sure if an immunity has risen in the bug population that they attack it with a different chemical).
The first guy told me , if questions were asked by other residents, he would answer he was there for “routine maintenance”. Great answer! The second guy would have told them, “It is none of your business”. This scenario is hypothetical because no other resident asked when/if they saw the technician going in or out of my building. If the second guy’s response, had he been asked, been given, that would have prompted me to call my manager to ask what was going on in our building. The first technician’s response would have been accepted without question.
I am waiting 30 days for a canine evaluation to have a final determination if the eradication protocol worked.
So far no live bugs have been seen after the second spraying. Thank you Wil-kil! So far, so good!
Everybody I talked to was so kind, compassionate and considerate with me because I was very up set over my situation. They also walked me though the process several times either over the phone and email. the guy who came with the dog at inspection time was very informant swell as the guys who did the treatments. I used Wil-Kil for its bedbug sniffing dog. I was pretty freaked when I awoke with multiple bites in a hotel while traveling. Both the sales rep, Kathy Weisensel, and the dog handler, Mike, were empathetic and provided useful information. Kathy gave me some ideas for how to kill any bugs that made it into my luggage or clothing, and Mike and provided useful information about bedbug bites from his training that I had not found in my online searches. Lucky for me, no bedbugs were found during the canine inspection. The process and the information provided helped me relax and realize that the measures I had taken to deal with my luggage and clothing had worked and I could just stop worrying about it. The service was excellent and worth the money.
Our representative, Paul, goes above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. Anytime we have a significant problem he is sure to help us out as quickly as he can, often the same day. Very impressive service.
Props to Stephen in sales, he was patient and gave us advice gleaned from years as a technician. Same for Tom the guy who came to do the extermination (bed bugs). We were ready for the heat treatment but he got our closets in order and he sprayed some
out-of-the-way locations. Prob the only good experience to come out of the trial and trauma of a beg bug infestation.
