My daughter had cut out a chunk of her hair. Kimberly was able to give her a cut that worked in the worst parts and leave her looking very good! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

They are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my hair cut without an appointment. Alexis listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for! I have been to almost every salon in Jacksonville looking for a stylist that could cut an inverted bob haircut and I finally found one! Alexis did an excellent job! I will be returning to Wild Olive!

Haylie truly listens to what I need to have done and makes suggestions when I'm not sure. She is Amazing and I have recommended her to many friends. After being her client for several years, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! Great salon!!

I have never been to a salon before to get a professional cut, and I was rather hesitant. I had completely butchered my hair prior to my visit, and desperately needed my hair to be trimmed even and then layered. Kim saw me and tended to my hair with care. She showed great customer service as well. We talked, she asked me what I needed, she listened, and delivered! I’ve never had my hair at a short length before but I walked out with my hair fixed, styled, and with more confidence— Kim made that happen! She even taught me how to curl my hair and I went and bought a straightener the same day so I could try it myself! I am very thankful for her help and I am such a lucky person to have her there when I walked in that day. I will be returning in the future and recommend Kim and the other awesome employees at the Wild Olive salon as they also had amazing attitudes and showed great customer service to the customers around me.
