Townhouses are very nice and there is never an issue when you need maintenance very easy to schedule an appointment for a time convenient for you. Grounds are very well taken care of as well.

Whats not to like?! Willowood keeps us updated when needed. When we need work done, maintenance is on the top of it. They send out a newsletter to let us know about events in our area. Food trucks during summer months.

The apartments are clean and well maintained. On the rare occasion when there is an issue management takes care of it promptly and effectively. The pool area is always well kept and clean. The attendance there are always friendly and helpful Management Foster‘s a sense of community, they bring in food trucks, have bingo night, movie night and game night. It really is a great place with a family friendly atmosphere. I think it’s probably one of the best rental communities in Erie

It's close to shopping and restaurants at Millcreek Mall, Peach St, West 26th and many of those places deliver. It's a wonderful place to walk in mornings and evenings. The mail center is a more secure place for our mail. The maintenance guys are nice and helpful.

First I would say management-Mary,.Ken and Lauren. Then I would have to say without a doubt that we have the best maintenance guys anyone could ask for. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else if I don't have to.Reidman's you are lucky to have such great people working for you!!!!
