The street lights at night. The burst of color everywhere (the main entrance was beautiful this spring) sounds of dogs having fun in the dog park. Being a part of something that feels like a family without the drama or people being nosy. Feeling safe enough to leave my balcony door open during the night. Knowing that every person I have to depend on for living here has been more than willing to go the extra mile to help me out I like the feeling of being blessed

It’s a quiet community. Neighbors are friendly. Maintance came right out to fix my issue. They maintain the property as well(filters, fire extinguishers). Good floor plan; internet included.. I love the landscaping and looking forward to the heated pool. Wish there was on site gym..

It's a comfortable living community and I have found all that I need here to raise my kids in a small sense of safety, and so far everything that I have needed has been meet. And let's not talk about the OFFICE STAFF... THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE I THANK THEM SO VERY MUCH

I really like living at Willowood, and have told others about it. I do not like the snow removal process, nor the ZILLION dog owners who consistently do NOT clean up after their animals.

The word community says it quite well. I haven't been here that long but I have a sense of security and belonging. The trees, sidewalks and street lights give Willowood a neighborhood feeling day and night. A wonderful place for you to walk your pets and the dog park lets them run "wild" for awhile.

My townhouse is updated. It is great to have a garage in Erie for the hard winters. They take care of the property so well with the landscaping and snow plowing. Ken has been wonderful to work with in the office.

I love living here! The staff legitimately care about the residents. This is the only place I've rented from where I truly feel like they want people to have a great experience living. Never renting from anyone else!!!

I like that it is safe and pet friendly. I feel comfortable letting my kids play outside in my yard and there is a nice playground, pool and dog park to enjoy. The only reason I have it a 9 is due to some maintenance requests not being fulfilled and for rent increases even though I am not in a remodeled unit and have all old furnishings and appliances.
