The customer service at the Wilmette Kriser’s location is always excellent. I received excellent advice regarding a canned cat food, Nulo, for my outdoor cat whose appetite varies widely from day to day. She is a picky eater. I wanted a good quality food which would not be terribly expensive. The salesperson listened, asked some great questions, and helped me make a good decision. Cleo, my cat, very much likes the food.

Kriser's is a friendly place with a large selection of anything you may need or want for your pet. It's super close to my home which is a great incentive for me to shop there!! The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to check it out, it's a fun place to be as well! Emily Chen

The gentlemen working on the afternoon of 4/28 were such a delight! I came in to splurge on my birthday boy and grab a few other things for my other pups, and they were both so incredibly pleasant to chat and shop with! They had great recommendations and my sweet boy was thrilled with all of his birthday presents!!

I like that the manager and store help know who I am and who my dog is. They are knowledgable about foods, etc, and have come to know my dog pretty well. i also really like the quality of products, particularly dog foods and treats, in your store.

James is an exceptional groomer and The others are very sweet and gentle with our dog. Lots of help assessing her skin irritation and whatever else is there that isn’t her usual. Very pleased with everyone there.

Jessica was great working on my 3 year old Shih Tzu who was in desperate need of a haircut. I appreciate that Jessica was able to brush out and remove mats instead of a full shave down. It can become quite difficult to brush my furry friend when she is outside of her normal grooming routine but Jessica made it work and we will be back :). Also very friendly and calm establishment with easy parking.
