I appreciate the quality of the cat food and the helpfulness of your Staff. I do have one suggestion. Very recently there has been a new manager. He could benefit from a few suggestions for his interaction with customers. He is fairly friendly, quiet and says very little. Returning customers have always been welcomed when they enter the store...have never encountered SILENCE! I believe that this personal greeting and friendly acknowledgement of presence is extremely important.

Rose helped me she knew more about pet food than my vet was very impressive I normally go to Keiser‘s in Lincoln Park. That’s where my dog Sophie gets groomed, but I happen to be in the suburbs.
