I take my somewhat reactive German Shepherd mix to Wilmette Krisers for a nail grind every month. I don’t ask for anyone specific; he does well with every provider. He’d been abused in his early life, but he responds well to them; it only takes five or ten minutes. I take him out because I like to socialize him in different situations. Krisers has been a very positive experience for him.
The store is great. I ordered online and it came in different shipments over a period of days. I wish there was more clarity when I ordered of when items would arrive. I needed the items the next day and the last item I received I didn't need it any longer. It was also crushed, it was a bag of treats. I will continue to purchase from the store, but probably won't order from you again.
I visited the wilmette krisers on 7/2/25 with my pup, Lincoln. I picked up his food (Stella and chewy lamb pattys). At checkout, I attempted to use a gift card that I had received. After so many attempts it wasn’t working. I had over $50 in the card so it just wasn’t working on the card machine. Claire (the employee helping me) tried to get it to work several times, she ultimately took $50 off the purchase, honoring the value on the card. Not only was she incredibly sweet to my dog and helpful at checkout but she went above and beyond the call of duty. That is the type of customer service that builds brand loyalty. And it did. I was so taken aback and thankful and hope that she gets recognition for it. Thank you Claire and krisers!
Always a friendly staff. Grooming services are also excellent! Jessie was my dog, Cedric's main Groomer. Overall so very happy with the staff, help and products.
my 14 year old dog lost her appetite because she’s taking multiple meds, and I got great recommendation for Stella’s magic dust which did the trick! She’s eating again. Thank you!
