Nice area to live! Most neighbors are friendly and no issues. Maintenance is great! Answer quickly with any questions or concerns. Office personnel are always nice and respectful. Besides high rent increases it’s a nice place to live!

I like everything but the parking. I’m out lot on Bryant St the parking is on the end of the units. There are 2 units who both have 2 cars. Both have a daily driver while the second car just sits. Both of them park both their cars in the closest spots in the 2 next to the bushes and the other 2 take the 2 spots next to the building. It is not fair for the rest of us that they take 4 spots total close to the building. It’s hard for me who has a bad back to have to park farther away unless I am lucky enough to get a close spot on the other side of the lot where I don’t have to carry heavy garbage far to drive to the dumpster or heavy groceries to my townhome.

It’s been an issue about parking,but gets resolved the new neighbors in the last year or so they no regard or maybe Riedman the owners don’t care residents have made their home for number of years it’s just common sense one parking slot per household,something I haven’t seen it so prevalent lately 2-3 cars filling up those spots residents been parking for years it really stinks especially when you work at night,groceries,guess whom I have parked in the visitor parking spot where I’ve been parking the last 9 days I called office no response it’s hard to find a good place to live I like this place!great building manager,maintenance & location but it’s unbearable now it’s not just me others feel the same if you been here a while!There is plenty of parking in the visitor spots no respect for current resident I keep hearing the word community how! When coming from the store,work,out of town & there is 3 vehicles regular parking spots taken,at this present time they haven’t move! I guess when at work they switch spots so I’ve got some decisions to make in the future & good for future residents!
