Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. Another gym I went to one time. Can't compare with the quality of equipment. And how clean the places I was there for 7 months, but I had to quit, because I had a huge bone spur on the back of my foot and I had surgery, but I'm making a comeback and it feels good to be home, so to speak.
