The Windward YMCA is truly the best! I’ve lived in Kailua my whole life, and after joining a couple of months ago, I can honestly say it’s better than any other gym in Kailua. The facility is spotless, the machines are well-maintained, and the entire place is air-conditioned with free parking. The staff and members are so welcoming—they greet you when you arrive and when you leave, which makes it feel like a real community. With so many great classes and such a positive atmosphere, it’s a hidden gem in Kailua.

I joined about a month ago to use the gym. Was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The people at the desk exude a genuine welcome when you walk in and a genuine goodbye when you leave. The gym is clean and great. Impressive. Tom

Windward YMCA offers a variety of different classes, including a nice selection of ZOOM classes. Michelle Hill is an excellent Zumba instructor. Really enjoy her class.
