Brendon Danilis is our representative/technician, and he is super awesome. He knows his stuff, is very helpful with making a plan of attack (on the mice) and is prompt/courteous. The bait Abell supplies us with works where all the store bought hardware store stuff simply doesn't.
Grateful for Abell's responsive and knowledgeable staff. From the office manager I first spoke with to the two different technicians who have served our contract, the personal and helpful nature has been evident.
We have a one-year contract and we are able to check with our technician at any time if we need something. And if he hasn't heard from us for a while he checks in to make sure we are still rodent free.
When some of the first traps weren't as effective as we hoped he was quick to come in, offer new traps and bait, and continue to adjust until we were satisfied.
Quite impressed with the staff and company as a whole.

For the most part, the technicians seem capable. However, they don't call the landline and ask to speak with Mark, since [FIRST NAME REMOVED] always forgets to inform Mark of whenever they are expected to stop by for an inspection. By the time [FIRST NAME REMOVED] remembers they were arriving, the technician had already come and gone.
Effectively eliminated the problem (ants in my home).
Regular visits to ensure ongoing elimination.
All staff, from telephone support to the technician, are EXTREMELY courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with.
Service generally as good as the person who is servicing the site. We've had several people over 15 years of using Able...and we are still using Abel :)
