My name is Guy Patellaro I would highly recommend General Rv to do all my repairs. I was first customer since they started servicing Alliance Rv. Tracy was kind courteous and very professional. She went through a lot of red tape in order to achieve my repair. She’s go to women now she knows high rank individuals at Alliance to get things done smoothly. I was traveling from California to Florida and my fresh water tank fell to the ground when I was traveling through New Mexico. I found out this was a recall. Made it to Florida beginning of April and been stuck here in Florida for 5 months. I don’t blame General Rv they did best they could to resolve my issues. I can’t leave out people answering phone because they were always kind cheerful and helpful. I tried calling coperate office numerous times to praise service I was receiving in Flolrida location,and left my contact information for them to call me back.But never got response back. With that being said thanks General tesm for getting me back on the road. I forgot to add this : There new addition is outstanding. Words can’t say how clean and well thought out and organized it is. Thanks again Guy and Nancy

We bought our new RV in Tampa but we live near the new Winter Garden RV so brought our new class B van there for service. The motorhome had some serious squeaks and the toilet was broken. Working with Frankie at General RV in Winter Garden was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. ​Buying an RV can often feel overwhelming, but Frankie made the entire process truly enjoyable. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and ensured everything went smoothly. Our service writer/service representative, Chaz, was by far the best service representative that I have ever dealt with in 50 years of dealing with auto dealerships and RV dealerships. He was polite, informative, and knowledgeable. When I asked him a question, if he didn’t know the answer, or was unsure of the answer, he went to the Service tech or the service manager in order to obtain the correct information. We really liked the professionalism displayed by Clayton Fletcher. He truely was outstanding and guided us thru the process to success. We would be remiss if we did not highlight another member of the team that excelled in our ultimate satisfaction. Hi name is Joe Middleton. He is a “get it done, no matter what” team member. However, Tom and his entire team performed outstanding. We will come back to General Winter Garden.
