My salesman George has been there for us for years! He has a great sales persona without the pressure and has always been truthful and upfront with us. All the while still treating us like family! I traveled 3 hours just to have him show me this Brinkley! I knew I would get straight answers .. and we DID! So we bought and traded our previous travel trailer with General! Oh yes George sold us that one too! You all have a gem ! Don’t ever let him go General RV Center !

For several months, we have diligently searched for the ideal recreational vehicle (RV) to commence our RV journey. Two primary factors contributed to our decision to select this dealership: Jason Froemming, the new Sales Consultant, and Mark Davis, the Sales Manager. Jason exhibited exceptional knowledge, patience, passion, and unwavering assistance throughout the process. I highly commend him for his outstanding personality and service. I intend to continue utilizing this location for all my RV requirements. Mark surpassed our expectations by facilitating the successful completion of the transaction and ensuring our comfort with the unit and our decision. These two individuals are invaluable assets to General RV Winter Garden. Enthusiastically repairing my rv that i bought someplace else. Other dealership refused to do the warranty work, and general is in the process of correcting several things. I have already recommended grv to several people, including the base van service dept manager.
