Rebekah was so helpful when I was having issues with my old phone. She told me things and had me set up things I wish I had known a long time ago. When things still weren't working after a factory reset, I was ready for a new phone. I wouldn't let the sale go to anyone but Rebekah. She's very polite, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.

Daniel and Will were very helpful with the services they provided. Unfortunately some questionable charges on my Verizon account were upsetting as I bought two new XR phones and changed to a family unlimited plan. It is concerning that the establishment in Beavercreek and Verizon are disconnected when it comes to customer service.
