I feel secure with Verizon. I like my new IPhone & the case & the glass protection. Joe Gray was my sales rep, and he was amazing. Smart, kind, very efficient and knowledgeable. He really helped me to get set up on my new phone. I had previously gone to the Verizon Corporate store on Glenway and found them to be “too busy” to help me. Honestly, they were rude. Sarah was wonderful in getting my new phone setup, switching my service back to Verizon, and transferring all of the contacts, pictures, etc., onto it. I have all of the contacts that I had TEN years ago, pictures too! Awesome. AT&T service is not even in the ballpark. And I am so so happy to have a Samsung phone again. The iPhones are garbage compared to Samsung products that work so much better and have an operating system that makes so much more sense and doing things a whole lot easier. Thanks!!
