While I was in the store, I also saw him interact with other customers with varying degrees of issues and he was outstanding with them as well.
Katie was exceptionally pleasant and provided excellent and personalized service with zero pressure. I also received a hand written thank you card in the mail. That was very nice.
No pressure sale. Just facts and answers to questions I asked. Quick and efficient service too! I ended up with a phone one step higher than what I expected to buy. If I would have felt pressured, I may have skipped buying a phone entirely or purchased a lower end model.
The sales associate greeted me before the door even shot. I told him very briefly what I wanted and without hesitation he told me what he could do for me without trying to make an extra sale. All in all it was a very easy in and out experience.
The customer service representative was great! He was very knowledgeable about the the product and very patient with me.
