I'm still learning about phone features and services available, thus a steep learning curve lies ahead for me. However, after dealing with Paige, at the Hackettstown Verizon store, I'm sure that if I need to, she will be more than capable and willing to answer a few questions. What matters to me most, is person-to-person service delivered in a courteous manner. Thus far, I am not disappointed and would be willing to recommend Verizon products.

Wednesday morning, right at opening time was a perfect time to sit and really have undivided attention to me and my account. Sales Rep was very helpful and knowledgeable with my iPhone issues. Yes, I did get a new phone but I felt good about how the hour went. My questions were answered and I was given great tech info. I am totally happy on the customer service I was given.

Victoria was very patient and very knowledgeable when helping me. She effectively managed the other customers while we were waiting for data transfers to update to my phone and continued to check the progress in between the other customers. She made my experience a pleasant one on Christmas Eve.
