I was about to cancel my Verizon after years of being with you until I visited this store. The personnel were fantastic. I went from total frustration and not understanding why I couldn't get answers or service to buying a new phone and signing up for another two years. Too bad all your stores don't have the professionals that are in the Hooksett store. Charlie was especially helpful, patient and professional but all of the associates that were there at the time offered assistance and advice on the best approach to meet "my" needs as opposed to just selling me a phone and service that was the flavor of the month. Top Notch Location!!! Sign of good store management.
