I LOVE Wireless Zone because of Louie Diana and the personal and very professional service he gives. It's very unusual that a salesperson does the things that Louie does for his customers such as opening the door for them and just being accommodating. You have a gem there.

Lloyd’s was exceedingly helpful and kind to this Senior Citizen. He presented the choices and products with the positives and negatives for my use. I feel confident Verion will stand behind their products. This is a local store, not the corporate one on Boardman Rd. My dealing with them a few years back led me to this store’s great serviceA+ for everyone! They even greeted you at the door and helped you out as well.
