From the moment we first walked in to inquire about new phones to the day we picked up our 3 new IPhone XR’s, all the associates were extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Steve, Tyler and Mike made us feel welcome and answered all of our questions and were very patient. They also made certain we left there with all 3 phones having all the necessary info completely transferred.....it was so much better than having to do everything ourselves. I would most definitely recommend everyone I know to go to Wireless Zone at the JV Mall. Thanks for a phenomenal customer experience!
