We as customers aren’t put into a “cue” at the Verizon store on west st. Which is why it’s my go to for our phones. Although at times it can be busy with only two reps they are eager to be sure we will be taken care of as quickly as possible. Christina is always wonderful and this time I worked with Christina as well as a girl I’ve never worked with before. Both helped me get into 2 new phones, adjust my plan and make it possible to stay in the same price point I needed to be in. Thank you Verizon on West St!
