I bought three Pixel 3 phones last week from these guys at your Lee, NH store for my wife, myself and our son which entailed switching from iPhones. We live in Lee and I wanted a local business for followup service if needed. Chuck (Colin) and Steve spent almost three hours getting us switched over and making sure we got an introduction to the new phone system and software. A few phone calls during the following week showed they were responsive and reliable in helping us with the difficulties we had which were, in hindsight, overwhelming. I especially liked how the small staff always knew who I was when I called. Unfortunately the learning curve was too much for my wife and I - but it paid off having local access to our seller as I returned a week later and Chuck and Steve spent at least another hour helping me navigate the software and continue to customize my phone operation. Their patient acceptance of my ineptitude was refreshing and I felt no anxiety as I left the store with my new understanding of my new phone. They were eager to help me, proud to be a local business, and very knowledgeable of their products. I must admit I decided to return the my Pixel phone to get the IPhone XR but then decided not to after believing in their faith that we would like the Pixel in the end. I trusted their opinions which is quite unusual in this modern day. It was like they were neighbors - friendly, pleasant and caring about us even after we left the store. I walk in the store and everyone behind the counter knows me!
