Employees R friendly and usually very knowledgeable. The store in Mason, MI is new and clean and have a good selection of products!! I’m an older grandma-type and they speak in a manner I can under lol lol. I was and am satisfied to be treated in a respectful way. I can count on Verizon to assist me and not make me feel incompetent. Wesley Rodgers was my consultant and he even offered to have me return whenever I have a problem lol lol. I was most pleased and that’s what I’d want one of my employees to do !! Good training on Verizon’s part 😉
