Joel was very patient when things didn't go smoothly moving my phone from AT&T to Verizon. Every problem we could have had transferring my device, we did have unfortunately... thanks to my iPhone. He went above and beyond for us and spent hours helping us. He made sure everything was transferred before wiping out our phones that we traded in. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working correctly. Will never go to another Verizon store other than this one. They are the best!!!!

We are always helped immediately when we walk in the door. The employees know so much about each one of your products. I walked in unsure if I wanted an apple or android and they told me each positive and negative thing about each phone. The store is always clean and very organized. Menomonie has multiple Verizon stores but we will always choose this one!
