This is the second comment card you've asked for. Service was excellent when I finally got to talk to Dave. In this store the wait times are either ridiculous or non-existent. It can be frustrating at times. I am a bit disgusted with the "life" of today's phones. I started having issues with my three year old i6 and was told this was expected and these problems would only get worse until one day the phone would stop working entirely. I would be MUCH happier with at least a five year average. I tend not to recommend phones to anyone. I think people need to do their own research to see what works for them as I did.
