All the salespeople who assisted me ( 3 over two separate visits,) were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assuring that my questions were answered and the answers understood.
There was never even a hint of the " hard sell, " or pressure to purchase anything beyond my needs.
Their product line is a perfect balance of the latest technology and earlier, less expensive items which suit my needs and didn't break my budget. Mike was especially helpful, and sensing quickly that im not a " tech guy," made sure that my needs were met, and that i left with no more than i needed.
A great experience and great support.

Mike and Matt were very helpful with explaining how we would update to the new XR from my 6S. My first visit they helped with understanding what access codes I needed and on the second visit we were able to setup the new phone. I work down the street from the Verizon store and Matt delivered the phone to me later that day. Very pleased.
