My husband lost his phone skiing. Someone turned it is, said they found it in the parking lot. It had obviously been run over numerous times! He took it to the Plymouth, NH Verizon store and they helped him fill out his insurance information and waited for the new phone to be Fed Ex'ed to him. It arrived in a timely manner. My husband was ill, and I took the phone to the store and they loaded all his information onto the new phone and I was back at home within an hour! How great was that? Excellently Awesome!! Definitely worth it! A 5 star transaction by purchasing the insurance with the purchase of the cell phone! Thanks so very much!
