The gentlemen who assisted me could not have done a better job. I work from home & require my personal cell to be able to connect virtually to meetings. I arrived at Verizon with a faulty phone in an absolute panic because I was missing part of my work day. The 2 reps who assisted me were fully understanding of my immediate needs & forecasted what would be ideal for me going forward & provided me with the best solution possible in a tough spot. I was very pleased with their service!
