I was helped by Nicholas (Li or Lu?) and he was excellent. I have never met a retail worker more knowledgeable and helpful. I was hesitant to go into a Verizon retail store because I thought it would be easier to do it on the phone or online, but Nicholas has changed my mind. He helped me set up my phone, took care of my Verizon account, and showed me everything I needed to know. He was also very pleasant and personable.
