I enjoy the product's, but most of all there customer service's is the best in the town of Waterbury, CT. They are ALL very friendly & helpful. They make sure that all the customer's are satisfied w/ there product's, and service's. I highly recommend Wireless Zone.

Joe & Kathy were able to answer ALL our questions and address ALL our concerns. We did not feel rushed in the least actually we were there past closing and we were told by both Joe & Kathy not to worry about it at all. They went above and beyond for my daughter who was having some trouble transferring info from old phone to her new one but they stayed on it and problem solved. My Daughter and I both agree we will NEVER go to any other Verizon store no matter how long we have to wait to be seen. They were very accommodating and went above and beyond for us. We greatly appreciated the wonderful service we got from Joe & Kathy👍🏻
