I went to upgrade my phone on Sunday February 24th at the Wireless Zone on Carpenter Road. From the moment I walked in, Nicholas Green was the most helpful and kind associate to help me get a new phone. He walked me thru each phase of the process and ultimately made my experience absolutely pleasant. I am completely satisfied with my new iPhone and the liquid glass screen protector I got. Thank you again to Nicholas and I hope he stays at that location as long as possible. Such a huge help and kind person.
