Friendliness of staff Atmosphere Fun way to work out Love the spinning room and the variety of exercises to train on the bikes Parking outside the door My only criticism is that the shower area is really mouldy on the ceiling. It is the one thing that is an issue for me and it can be easily fixed. It needs to be consistently cleaned thoroughly.
