Location perfect not far from me as I live in Donnybrook. Great choice of classes. Great choice of times for classes when you work. Classes are a bit expensive if you pay as you go. Sometimes classes are full and you cannot get a slot for the regular clients that have been going to women’s fitness a number of years. I think they should get first priority over new people just starting to do classes.

I love the atmosphere in the gym and also how friendly the desk girls always are x They are always willing to help . Leah’s spin class was great and her music was really good . Very motivating trainer !!!
