Gym is clean and well organised, bathrooms are always tidy, shower is good, girls working there are always friendly, parking is free.

I love the classes, I attend two mat Pilates classes a week and I always go to Becca and Carrie Ann who are incredible !! I wouldn’t go to anyone else!! One thing I would suggest is that there are more early morning mat pilates classes. I’d love to have the option to attend more at 6:30am as this works with my schedule for work.

I love how easy it is to book, the staff were friendly, I liked the room the class was taught in, there was plewnty of space and equipment and it wasn't too hot. The teacher was friendly and seemed knowledgable.
