I haven't been in the gym for a while and have just returned so I thought I would feel self conscious but no the staff are so welcoming and friendly
I decided to do PTs with one of the trainers
I think it's important to do PTs with a trainer because it's like beginning again
I have anyways hated the gym and never kept it up consistently for longer than two weeks. Since I started women’s fitness I have been going 5 times a week and I love the classes and trainers. I just did the 6 weeks spring challenge and lost 1 stone and I signed up for another 6 weeks. Lizzie is my pt and she’s really helped to improve my form and confidence.
I would highly recommend the class are excellent and staff very helpful. Find it difficult to book personal with my work hours. But other than that really like it.
Great variety of classes
Plenty time to fit in a session as open early morning until late in the evening.
Open every weekend including bank holidays.
Lovely staff and trainers
The staff are so lovely and helpful, and the gym just has a lovely welcoming feeling to it!! This is only my second week and I absolutely love it here. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!
Great range of classes. I love the Zumba (Danny), Circuits (Cormac) and Step & Tone (Lizzie) classes particularly. The staff are always so friendly and cheery, which helps on days when I’m really not feeling like working out!
