It’s easy to book and great service

How friendly and welcoming everyone is, especially if you have questions or aren’t sure about something.

I love the PT sessions all the trainers give their 100% to you. The reception girls are so kind and friendly and would help with any problems that may occur. I love when it's quiet in the mornings. Thank you

I think it's a fantastic gym, the best gym in Cork! I love that it's all females, I also love the cleanliness of it and also the fact that it never smells like other gyms...it always smells really nice which is a huge bonus for me! The staff are just so amazing down there...they are all so nice...the girls on the reception desk are just fab...that is another huge draw too! I always recommend women's fitness to my friends! The only negative that I could come up with is the music...I usually don't wear ear buds while I'm exercising and the music can be a bit bland at times. One day a few months ago there was an 80s/90s playing on which was just amazing..it would be great to have more of that for people who don't have their own music. That's the only negative I can think of which is only a very tiny thing...the rest is just fab!

I appreciate the variety of classes and the instructors are great. I love the pump classes esp. Alanna's pump class. Would love a pump class at the weekend....? I love Hayleigh's energy, if i see she's doing a class I always try and go. Fabienne is a great addition to the team, her classes are tough in a good way. I also like Clodagh's pilates class. Did Tony leave? Some constructive feedback - please tell your instructors no more star jumps EVER, the vast majority of women attending classes are mothers who have birthed beautiful babies or older women in perimenopause and menopause, star jumps are not a friend to our pelvic floors.

The high number of classes available + the quality + the management through the app

Love the environment and facilities, has everything you need, is never terribly busy and you feel so comfortable which is so hard to find in other gyms

App is easy to use, a variety of knowledgeable and approachable instructors means even if doing the same class different styles, lots of times available, good atmosphere

Early morning sessions before work A physiotherapist giving pilates classes Great variety of clases

Loved the old classes stretch and core, as an older woman I found this fantastic. Some of the other classes that concentrate on core are a bit too high intensity for me personally. Also the rumba classes I can never book a class, always booked out. Staff are amazing, really helpful and super polite. Overall really like women’s fitness
