loads of class variety and some fab instructors! would like some additional resistance training classes in the morning. I am in an older demographic and this is very important for me.
The gym is a very welcoming place. The gym itself is well equipped, the changing rooms facilities are great and it's always very clean and organised. The onsite nutritionist support was very helpful and the general support from all the staff is great. Having a workout plan made with the help of one of the trainers to help support my goals has made a big difference to me, as someone who was a little unsure when I began my membership. It's a place where you feeling motivated and supported to achieve your goals.
Women’s fitness is a great gym. Lots of machines to workout on, in a relaxed atmosphere. Trainers are so helpful and encouraging. It’s always an enjoyable experierience.
Did Polar strength last night with Alana which I thought was brilliant, it was really focused on your strength without burning you out. I love how it was done in a hyrox format because I’d love to do one in a few months so it’s great training for that.
Did Polar burn tonight and it was unreal as well, the class surprisingly flew!

Everybody is so helpful. From the staff to the members. Class trainers have no problem with questions. I feel better both physically and mentally for joining woman's fitness. It's like anything one does. You get out of it what you put into it. You must want to get fit for yourself and Womens Fitness helped me.
