I did my first online class last night. My first in a few months but I was so happy to get back into it.
Amy, the instructor, was very helpful and clear in what we needed to do.
I think I will start doing the online classes more frequently now
A large variety of classes, from early morning until late. . Classes for all levels of fitness. Online classes during covid to keep us going, and the very best professional friendly trainers. What's not to like.👍😁
Limerick staff are excellent, they cater for all levels .Encouraging and inclusive when it comes to whatever level your at , They never make you feel any lesser or more than the next person .They push you on to try harder without pressure more gentle persuasion! Highly recommend be it in the gym or in zoom classes .Also extreme accommodating when I was injured so as I wouldn’t loose time in membership
All the staff are so helpful and classes are what most people need. Everybody is treated the same.
I can't believe how involved you get with the online classes and I would love if everybody was encouraged to put on their camera at the start of every class, it is as good as being on site when you can see everybody working hard. I wish there were more Limerick staff doing classes like Pilates, Stretch and tone, etc in the evening i.e. Aileen, Lynsey and Peter as I work during the day. (that's where you lost the mark!!!)

Absolutely LOVE this gym! All the equipment is so enjoyable to use and it at the highest standard with all the mod cons attached! As for PT Sessions, where do I begin but to say that I'm absolutely loving them! They are so so so worth the money and I always come out buzzing and feeling so excited for my next session!

The staff and trainers at Women’s Fitness are just amazing - I regularly attend classes with Lynsey and Aileen, and their enthusiasm really inspires me. I never liked exercising, I used to see it as a punishment but thanks to everyone at WF I now enjoy working out.
