I clicked 7/10 but it keeps appearing as 10. I think your instructors are 10/10. Classes are engaging and everybody is extremely helpful and excellent at their job. The location of the gym is very handy, especially for anyone communting to the gym, as I do. I also love the times that the classes are on - it is great to be able to do them after work and at the weekends. Originally I would have given the gym a 10/10. I use to love the spin classes in the bright airy room, in natural light. It was very appealing after working indoors all day - you got the sense that you were cycling outside. It is much less appealing now to drive down to Limerick to cycle in a black box, devoid of natural light and air. I think that this will be a major factor in my decision to renew or not. After two recent spin classes I heard other members comment that they much more preferred the previous lighting. I wonder was there any research done into what your gym members would actually prefer? In previous gyms that I attended most of the classes were held in natural light,but 'disco' classes were occasionally offered and so people had the choice. It is a pity that we don't have that choice. More than likely, I will continue with the weights and pilates classes for the moment, but I might edit out the spin classes and try to do those locally on a PAYG basis.
