My apartment has large, airy rooms and was handed over meticulously clean. Any maintenance request is handled very promptly by very helpful, friendly employees. The grounds are very attractive and very well maintained. Rent is very reasonable

It looks nice most of the time. Maintenance responds quickly to fix any problems. It needs better upkeep like painting and new back doors. Otherwise it appears beautiful.

I like that the grounds are well Maintained. The amenities are a plus! The club house, pool & walking trail are nice. You have everything you need right here. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are personable and always helpful. If I know anyone looking in this price range I will definitely recommend. Thanks for making this a great place to live.

I’m a new tenant so I haven’t taken much advantage of any available amenities yet, but my apt is beautiful (2 bed 1 bath), the grounds are meticulously maintained in the winter weather - no snow or ice on any walking surfaces, and very prompt and friendly attention to any maintenance requests. The front office is also very friendly and helpful!

The facility looks good, but we have a temp frig, windows that do not open or close easly and a rug that should be replaced. There are lumps suggesting the wood below the rug is either buckling or falling apart.
