I’m a new tenant so I haven’t taken much advantage of any available amenities yet, but my apt is beautiful (2 bed 1 bath), the grounds are meticulously maintained in the winter weather - no snow or ice on any walking surfaces, and very prompt and friendly attention to any maintenance requests. The front office is also very friendly and helpful!

The facility looks good, but we have a temp frig, windows that do not open or close easly and a rug that should be replaced. There are lumps suggesting the wood below the rug is either buckling or falling apart.

Fantastic current on site management. Responsive to quests with human touch. Community maintenance is top notch. Regular pro active information about future events and activities that impact residents. The management goes the extra mile to ensure the community keeps on improving. As significant number of residents are senior citizens, it would be great if apartments adapt to their needs/convenience.
