We enjoyed the smooth closing and easy communication with the Woodstock location. Jimmy was great, my clients were very happy! One thing that was a little off but not a big deal—I had selected for the commission check to be given to me at closing instead of sent to my broker and it was on the CDA, but was overlooked. I didn't think it was worth mentioning at the closing. It's more important that my buyers were happy :)
