Friendly and helpful staff. I had a bike fitting and the guy was very attentive to my complaints. He watched me ride very closely and was able to make adjustments to my bike and shoes to help me have a more comfortable ride experience.

I really liked the fact that you are connected to the Trek company website where Trek knows what you have in stock. That helped me locate you b/c you were one of the only ones that carried the bike I was looking for. Also, you matched Trek's sale price of the 2024 bike we purchased, where other's would not. You have won my business! Sales rep Charlene (?) was great to work with!

My wife and I had a great experience Woolley G’s! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. We are relatively new to serious bicycling and wanted to invest in gear that was good quality but affordable. Woolley G’s had the gear and we love it. They also include great service program to help us maintain our new rides!
