I had a service completed on my bike last year and a part was repaired. Recently, the same part required servicing and after David evaluated the issue, the part was replaced under warranty with an upgraded part at no charge. Time in the shop was less than a week and I'm back on the road. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I even test rode a new bike and was able to talk about upgrades and bike fit questions I had I have and willl continue to recommend Wooley G's to other cyclist.

I stopped in just to kill some time and check out a few products I was interested in. Gary took great pride in helping me find the right one and even demoed the same product he personally uses. I asked about a few other items, and instead of feeding me a line just to make a sale, he was upfront when he didn’t know the exact details and pulled the specs straight from the manufacturer’s website. I really appreciate the honesty and the genuine interaction. Because of that, I’ll definitely continue supporting this store.
