The communication could be improved when relating to a defective OEM wheel on my e-bike.
I had to go to Trek myself to improve the solution and am disappointed I was charged with anything but freight.
My situation should have been covered by Trek under a silent warranty and again, I was unaware that the motor on the defective wheel had to be replaced as it is part of the wheel.
Went in for a tune up and came out with a $600 bill.
Service was exceptional! Charlotte helped me get the bike out of my car, fixed the flat in just a few minutes, then helped me get the bike back into the car. All with a smile. Great experience!
