Amazing customer service! Gary helped me find what was best fit for me and was very honest with what every product had to offer. He expressed interest in what my athletic goals are as well which further showed how much he cares about his customers. The environment of the store was amazing. with high quality-products and great customer service, I would recommend this place to anyone!

The communication could be improved when relating to a defective OEM wheel on my e-bike. I had to go to Trek myself to improve the solution and am disappointed I was charged with anything but freight. My situation should have been covered by Trek under a silent warranty and again, I was unaware that the motor on the defective wheel had to be replaced as it is part of the wheel. Went in for a tune up and came out with a $600 bill.
